Arrivederci Firenze!

As I have been settling back in to my house in New Jersey, I reflect on the amazing journey I have endured for the past 6 weeks. This study abroad program has truly been a dream come true. Not only did I earn 6 credits towards my degree, but I also explored numerous cities throughout Italy, made a ton of new friends, and learned a lot about myself. When someone asks what my favorite part about this trip was, I babble on for hours. When someone asks what my least favorite part about this trip was, I can’t think of a single moment. If anyone has the opportunity to study abroad, I beg them to please don’t be afraid and embrace every minute! This will be a memory I will brag about for the rest of my life to my friends and family. I once again thank the Genshafts for their generous scholarship that allowed me to truly make the most out of my experience. My very last picture in Florence was of a bridge over the Arno River right outside of my apartment. As the sky grew dark and the lights shined bright, the city said good night and I was off to the airport. I hope you all enjoyed following along on this trip, arriverderci!
