Household Water Storage and the Hurricane Season

My work in Barbados is off to a great start. My hosts at the Barbados Water Authority have been very accommodating helping me get settled and directing me to all the resources I could need. Highlight of my week was visiting a wastewater treatment plant with a 150kW solar panel system. This is really innovative because it helps the utility cut down it’s energy bill at this facility by 35%.

This week i’ve created a short vlog (see link below) on the nature of my work while in Barbados, and its specific importance right now with the beginning of the hurricane season in the Caribbean.
