Hello,
Yesterday we visited Monet’s beautiful gardens after experiencing a severe heat wave in Paris. The week prior to the visitors was brutally hot with of course no air conditioning! However, going to the gardens after the end of the heat wave was a nice reward for toughing it out. The Lily pads look just as beautiful in person as they do in Monet’s paintings and the colors were so vivid and bright. Standing on the bridge was a magical experience and the town surrounding the garden was charming. All of the surrounding homes had impeccably managed gardens of their own with flowers of every variety. After the garden I recommend grabbing a nice savory crepe with some hot tea or an espresso at a local cafe. Thanks for reading!

Thanks for the vivid description. Definitely makes me want to go to Paris.
