Back in America

I wanted to use this last blog to reflect on the past six weeks. This study abroad experience was definitely life changing. It opened my eyes to a whole new culture. I learned more than I could even imagine both in and out of the classroom. I picked up on a lot of Italian, learned the historical origin of some of my favorite foods, and know what type of wine pairs with what type of food. I also learned to be a pro in public transportation. I loved all my teachers and admired their passion they shared with me. I will take everything I learned and use that knowledge for the rest of my life. I believe anyone who gets the chance to study abroad should take it. You learn so much in such a short amount of time and you create priceless memories that will last a lifetime. I am so grateful for the Business Honors Program and USF’s study abroad program for giving me this amazing opportunity.

I will forever miss the gelato.
